We called our computer teacher to look into the matter.

Our Computer teacher, Sir Ruhit accused us for disfunctioning of the Printer. With due respect I want to clear that it was not our fault.

We were fined for Rs.500/- each student. Since it was not our mistake and we havent done intetionally I want you to please look onto this matter. I request you to kindly consider for the remission of our fine.
